City Park

Park facilities include a pool, five lighted baseball fields (1 t-ball, 3 little league-for boys, 1 pony for boys, 1 football practice area), a lighted and covered skate park pavilion with bleachers, benches and bike racks, four lighted tennis courts, a playground, batting cages, drinking fountain, grills, benches, picnic tables, restrooms, a sand volleyball area, horseshoe pits, covered picnic shelter, concession stands and meeting room. The pool is 25 yards long, ranges 3-12 feet in depth and has two 1-meter diving boards. Hours: Sunday-Saturday, Sunrise to Sunset

 

Duhacsek Park

This 50-acre park homestead is filled with huge hand-grafted pecan trees. It holds the third largest pecan tree in Texas.  This facility is available for reservations for groups up to 40 people.  The facility consists of 60 parking spaces, a large pavilion with picnic tables and two restrooms. Eldridge Park

Soccer, Fishing

The park facilities include a community meeting room for 65 people, picnic pavilion, restrooms, grills, benches, picnic tables, .40 miles of trails, fishing pier, concession stand, playground, 10 soccer fields, five-acre pond and 500 car parking lot.  The pond is stocked with an assortment of fish. Two fields are available for open play. Hours:  Sunday-Saturday, Sunrise to Sunset.
 

First Colony Park

Baseball

This 22-acre park is the site of a 3,000 square foot conference center.  This park contains seven lighted and two unlighted baseball fields, several batting cages, two concession stands, a playground, drinking fountains, grills, benches, 368 parking spaces, restrooms, picnic tables and picnic pavilion. The Conference Center can be reserved for private function and can accommodate up to 125 guests. Hours:  Sunday-Saturday, Sunrise to Sunset
 

Imperial Park & Disc Golf Course

Softball, Disc Golf

The park facilities include parking, nine softball fields, batting cages a nine hole disc golf course, playground, picnic area, drinking fountains and restrooms. The nine-hole disc course located in the southern, undeveloped portion of the park winds through existing trees. Golfers must bring their own discs. Hours:  Sunday-Saturday, Sunrise to Sunset
 

Imperial Park Recreation Center

The Imperial Park Recreation Center is composed of more than 17,000 square feet including, a full gymnasium, an exercise room, two multipurpose rooms, a video gaming room, a kitchen and a beautiful patio/garden area. Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-10pm; Sat 8am-8pm; Sundays 1pm-5pm.

Lost Creek Park

Soccer, BMX Bike Riding

This 21-acre park includes seven soccer fields (6 youth- 4 lighted, 1 adult- not lighted, 2 practice fields) for youth and adults, a large play structure for children from 2 to 12, a meeting room which can accommodate 40 people, a covered picnic pavilion with a concession stand, restrooms, and parking for over 300 vehicles.  The three-mile Oyster Creek Trail is accessible from Lost Creek Park. a .9 mile lighted loop trail circles the park site.  A BMX track offering youngsters and teens another way to stay active outdoors can be found at Lost Creek Park. Most of the soccer fields are restricted to reserved use, however, 3 fields are available for open play.  Hours:  Sunday-Saturday, Sunrise to Sunset.
 

Oyster Creek Park / Trail

Hiking, Biking

This three-mile hike and bike trail is accessible from Lexington Blvd., Dulles Ave., and Hwy 6.  In addition to the Greenbelt trail, a water feature with rock lined falls and a pond is constructed near the Hwy 6 entrance, adjacent to Oyster Creek. This facility includes:  78 parking spaces, 5 picnic tables, drinking fountain, grills, benches and the Liberty Garden (rose garden). Hours:  Sunday-Saturday, Sunrise to Sunset.


Sugar Land Memorial Park

Mountain Biking, Biking, Fishing

The 420-acre park features two and a half miles of 8-foot wide granite gravel walking/jogging/biking trails, 2 picnic pavilions, restroom buildings, parking areas, playground, dog park, mountain bike trail, open space for sports activities and a lake.  The lake is stocked with Florida Large Mouth Bass, Bluegill and Channel Catfish.  Visitors may fish in the lake with a valid fishing license.  Consult your local tackle shop or Texas Parks and Wildlife for license information and bag and size limits.  This single track mountain bike Justin P. Brindley Trail provides exciting challenges for beginner to intermediate riders, with several wooden technical trail features for the more experienced riders. Hours:  Sunday-Saturday, Sunrise to Sunset.

The Don Cook Natatorium, dedicated in October of 1998, is the first indoor 50-meter pool in the Houston area, and is home to multiple championship caliber events, including UIL, TAPPS, USA Swimming, water polo, synchronized swimming, diving, American Red Cross, Special Olympics, YMCA, Masters, summer league, Extended Day, and triathlons – with new ideas coming all the time.
