Sugar Land Festival Site

The Sugar Land Festival Site is 52 acres of beautiful, open land, located approximately 20 miles southwest of downtown Houston. The Festival Site is perfect for large events like the City of Sugar Land's annual Fourth of July celebration, music festivals, marathons and much more. 

The fee schedule below defines the Festival Site rental fees and deposits.

* After 15K attendance, the deposit rate is $1 per person per event

Additional Fees:

Commercial Events are subject to additional fees ranging from 3-7% of producer's gross revenue.

City Services: Cost will be billed to the producer based on actual costs to the City; including but not limited to payroll/overtime costs.

3-04-17 | Cultural Kite Festival
The City of Sugar Land hosted the ribbon cutting ceremony of the Sugar Land Festival Site and Brazos River Park on March 4, 2017 with the 9th Annual Cultural Kite Festival. An estimated 8,000 people enjoyed casual and competitive kite flying, chalk art contests, cultural performances, food trucks and much more!
