Like many other events this year, Halloween celebrations will look and feel unlike those in the past. Do not be spooked though, for we have put together some suggestions on how to celebrate both in-person and virtually in and around the boo-tiful city of Sugar Land!
Fridays in October
On each Friday in October, tour the Long-Smith Cottage, 1883 Moore Home, and Fort Bend Museum block in this after-hours tour as the staff recounts unexplained happenings through the years. Are they simply tricks of the mind or something more?
Painting Classes at Painting with a Twist

Visit the George Ranch Historical Park from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. for family-friendly fun! Trick-or-treat through the sites and enjoy history-based fall activities from the 1830s through the 1930s. All activities are included with general admission.
Halloween Town is back at Constellation Field for 2020. Don't miss out on fun for the entire family this Halloween season - candy, a costume parade for kids, oversized games and more. There will also be a Halloween favorite movie playing on the Texas-sized video board.
The Fort Bend County Libraries will be offering a number of virtual programs in the month of October that are all about Halloween and great for children of all ages. Their Fall Festival will be a virtual event this year as well with activity pages provided online for the children to enjoy. Follow the links below to register for any of their upcoming events.

The Third Annual Sugar Land Dia de los Muertos exhibit will be VIRTUAL for this year and will be an online celebration. The VIRTUAL 2020 Dia de los Muertos exhibit will be available for viewing on the Sugar Land Heritage Museum website and Facebook page.
