Summer Camps at HMNS Sugar Land 

Now through August 2

Ages 6-12 

From robots and rocket science to mummies and spying, students can participate in a variety of weeklong camps at the Houston Museum of Natural Science at Sugar Land. Before and after camp extended day care will be available for an additional cost. Cost: $147 - $740

George Ranch Historical Park

Now through July  

Get hands-on with history this summer at the George Ranch Historical Park! Plan to visit in the morning from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. for hands-on history. These special hands-on experiences will rotate on a weekly basis all summer long. Cost is included with general admission! Ages 5-16 

Now through August 2

Inspiration Stage is offering twenty-four youth summer camps with themes including “Annie,” “Willy Wonka,” “The Lion King,” “Seussical,” "Frozen," and “Aladdin.” At the end of each session, campers will perform for friends and family on the main stage, complete with costumes, lights, sound and set. Cost: $285.

Ages 5-14 

Now through August 8

Lessons use different fine arts mediums to create projects based on a new theme each week.In addition, kids have the opportunity to be creative with Legos. Two three-hour session options are available. Cost: $189 per art camp and $169 per Lego camp.


 
School of Rock

Ages 5-17  

Now through July 26

Learn different forms of music all summer long with School of Rock, providing camp sessions and workshops for children and teens of all skill levels who play guitar, bass, drums, keyboard and vocals. Campers can learn alternative, heavy metal, rock and songwriting. Most sessions conclude with a live show performed by the campers. Cost: Starting at $199.

Ages 4-19 

Now through August  

The Imperial Park Recreation Center hosts a variety of summer camp programs for local residents and nonresidents, beginning the week after Fort Bend ISD ends classes. Children participate in outdoor games and activities.Camp cost starts as low as $35.
