The Visit Sugar Land sales team is readily available to support meeting planners in identifying the perfect venue. We work diligently with our hotel partners to arrange site visits and send out leads based on your event needs. Visit Sugar Land services many markets including, but not limited to, Associations, Corporate, SMERF (social, military, education, religious, fraternal), and Sports. Our sales team can also assist event producers with locating event sites and securing room rates for their event staff and attendees. 

 

Complimentary Services 

The  Visit Sugar Land team wants to ensure your event is flawless. Even before booking, our team is prepared to offer you the “Sugar Land” experience. Our team is equipped with the capabilities to assist with securing housing, dignitary liaisons and providing area resource lists, just to name a few. Additional services are also available for planners with a minimum of 50 hotel rooms on a peak night, including a Visit Sugar Land welcome table, VIP, or speaker gifts.  

 

Marketing Support
