International Art & Kite Festival

    Attention world travelers! The International Art & Kite Festival celebrates the diversity of cultures within our community and features dozens of local cultural groups that showcase unique and vibrant heritages from all around the world.

    The festival will feature activities for all ages, including:

    • booths representing various countries and regions
    • performances and dances by local organizations
    • international food and beverages available for purchase
    • face painting and henna artists
    • roaming characters
    • kite contest
    • chalk art competition
    • cultural performances

    Getting There
    There will be a shuttle running from University of Houston-Sugar Land from 10 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. There will be on-site parking available at the Crown Festival Park and limited parking at Brazos River Park.
