Italia, Berg Hospitality Group’s Italian-American bistro and bar, hosts a special multi-course dinner showcasing exceptional Italian varietals. Wines from the portfolios of Casadei (a youthful, biodiversity-minded producer from Toscana), Olianas (maker of elegant reds and whites hailing from Sardinia) and Castello del Trebbio (rich in Florence’s unique Tuscan terroir) will be poured to accompany a five-course menu that includes asparagus carpaccio, Tuscan porchetta and balsamic-glazed duck.
