SLCAF is a 501(c) (3) nonprofit arts organization that exists to enhance the quality of life and tourism in Sugar Land and Fort Bend County by advocating, supporting, and promoting the cultural arts through programs, initiatives and alliances.
The Foundation also exists to preserve and present historic Sugar Land Auditorium as a venue for the cultural arts and resource for the Sugar Land community.

Inspiration Stage
Located in Sugar Land, TX, INSPIRATION STAGE is a national award-winning performing arts studio and theatre offering classes for ages four to teens and performance opportunities for youth and adults. Theatre craft promotes and instills intellectual, emotional, physical, and communication skills by cultivating freedom of personal and creative expression.

The Sugar Land Cultural Arts Foundation proudly announces the second annual Sugar Land Arts Fest!
The Inaugural Sugar Land Arts Fest of 2022 was a huge success! The community of Sugar Land enjoyed two days of Arts, Taste, and Music. More than three thousand people had a fabulous weekend visiting over a hundred artist booths, drinking hand-selected wines, eating delicious food, and enjoying live music.
The Sugar Land Arts Festival is an annual two days-long celebration of the arts in our city. It features contemporary painting, sculpture, photography, glass art, mixed media art, woodworking, and jewelry designed and created by local and foreign artists.

Hosting for public enjoyment the annual Sugar Land Arts Fest

Featuring works of regional artists, performing arts presentations, and social engagement.

Partnering with the City of Sugar Land to enhance public thoroughfares with the prominent placement of traffic box art.

Maintaining the SLCAF Youth Leadership Board to nurture the next generation of arts and culture leaders.

Providing underserved and deserving students with scholarships for summer art camps and performance enrichment experiences.

Supporting the preservation of the Sugar Land Auditorium as a historic site for community performing arts and events.
In 1999, concerned citizens of Sugar Land came together to improve their community and provide more access to arts programs. They formed the Sugar Land Cultural Arts Foundation (SLCAF) and began hosting festivals and shows showcasing local artists, musicians, dancers, and performers.
