Drivers who frequent Hwy. 90A may have noticed the installation of several art-wrapped traffic boxes over the last few months. This public art project that was completed in October by the Sugar Land
Dia de los Muertos, the Day of the Dead, isn’t about morbidity or mourning lost loved ones.
“It’s a celebration of life,” said Carmen Perez, a lifelong resident of Sugar Land.
