Nestled in the heart of one of the most ethnically diverse counties in the United States. Sugar Land boasts a global food scene that rivals’ cities three times its size. Travel the world without having to get your passport stamped on and experience food that’s bursting with intense flavors and alluring aromas.

Houston Restaurant Weeks (HRW), the most anticipated foodie event is kicking off  August 1 through September 6 (Labor Day), participating restaurants serve prix fixe menus (fixed price for a variety of multi-course meals). From rockin’ robins to flamingo road, Americans have always loved wild birds. Bird watching—also called birding--has become super popular, with more than 50 million birders in North America. The Texas Gulf Coast is one of the top places in the country to witness migration, so if you have a birding trip on your radar, it’s worth adding Sugar Land to your itinerary. And if you’ve never tried bird watching, this could be the start of something new!
