A teahouse known for its boba teas and matcha milk foam toppers is headed to Sugar Land retail development University Commons.  Feng Cha, a chain with locations all over the country including one in Katy, is slated to open up a 1,600-square-foot store in the Sugar Land shopping center in the spring.
